Jessica Zuik, RN
Registered Nurse / Nervous System Specialist / Founder, Big Sigh
Jessica Zuik is a registered nurse and nervous system specialist with over 20 years of experience in clinical care and somatic healing. she has developed a methodology that combines her nursing expertise in human physiology with advanced training in somatic trauma release, polyvagal theory, and neurolinguistic program (NLP) - specifically designed for high performing executives and leaders whose chronic stress has become physically unsustainable.
Her clients include business owners, franchise operators, corporate executives and medical professionals - leaders who had tried conventional approaches to managing their stress and found them insufficient. Jessica’s work addresses what those approaches miss - the nervous system itself.
Jessica brings a clinician’s precision to every session - assessing, educating, and healing nervous system dysregulation at the physiological level.
Her path to this work was personal. After years of navigating her own chronic illness, Jessica discovered that the intersection of clinical care and somatic healing held answered that neither discipline offered alone. She founded Big Sigh to bring that intersection to the leaders who need it most - and who are least likely to find it on their own.
About Big Sigh
Big Sigh is a nervous system recovery practice for executives and business owners. We exist because the people who build and run companies are the least likely to address what chronic stress is doing to their bodies - and the most likely to need someone who can.
Our name says it all. A Big Sigh is the body’s natural reset - the exhale that signals the nervous system is finally coming back down. It’s what our clients experience when, often for the first time in years, their body remembers what calm actually feels like.
We work with a limited number of clients at any given time to ensure the highest quality of care. If you are interested in working with Jessica, the first step is a complimentary consultation.
