What to Expect
We begin with a complimentary 30-minute consultation where Jessica assesses your current nervous system load and determines whether the protocol is the right fit. This is not a sales call—it’s a strategic, clinical conversation.
If we move forward, we set a schedule together—usually weekly or biweekly sessions lasting 90 minutes. Sessions can happen over Zoom or in-person, depending on what works best for your schedule.
Each session is personalized. Jessica’s approach is warm, direct, and clinically grounded—always focused on measurable progress toward restoring your nervous system’s ability to self-regulate.
Frequently Asked Questions
How is this different from executive coaching?
Executive coaching works at the level of strategy and behavior. We work at the level of your nervous system—the physiological foundation underneath your behavior. Most of our clients have worked with excellent coaches. They come to us because coaching alone couldn’t resolve what was happening in their body. Many find that coaching becomes significantly more effective after their nervous system is functioning properly again.
How is this different from therapy?
Therapy is largely conversation-based and addresses psychological patterns over time. Our work is somatic and physical—we work directly with your body’s stress response system. Many clients continue therapy alongside this work and find both become more effective. We’re not a replacement for therapy. We address what the therapy can’t reach.
What does a session actually involve?
Each 90-minute session includes an opportunity to connect and reflect on the client’s current state. Then we proceed to hands-on somatic work—you’ll lied won comfortably, fully clothed, while Jessica works with your nervous system through clinically informed touch and energy medicine techniques. She’ll assess your body’s stress response, apply targeted release techniques, and guide your nervous system toward regulation. Afterward, you’ll debrief together on what she observed and what shifted. Many clients find the sessions so deeply calming that they fall asleep—which is a sing that work is doing exactly what it should.
I’m skeptical. Does this actually work?
Good. Most of our clients were skeptical before they started. Jessica’s methodology integrates techniques from multiple clinical and somatic disciplines, grounded in her training as a registered nurse. You don’t need to believe in anything for this to work—your nervous system responds to the process regardless of your framework for understanding it. What kind of results should I expect?

Is virtual as effective as in-person
Yes. The majority of our executive clients work with Jessica virtually due to scheduling demands. You’ll need a quiet space to lie down and close your eyes without distractions. Other than that, expect the same experience and results.
How much time does this require?
90 minutes per session. 8 sessions over 12 weeks—usually weekly for four weeks, and then every other week after that. That’s it. No homework. No journaling assignments. No apps to use between sessions. The work happens in the session, and the results carry forward into your next week. Most clients say it’s the most productive 90 minutes of their week.
